Purpose:
The Internationalization and Bilateral Cooperation Committee conducts strategic activities to enhance the global visibility of the Department of Software Engineering, to strengthen international academic and industrial collaborations, and to support the integration of students and graduates into the global software industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
International Academic Collaboration
- Develop bilateral cooperation protocols with foreign universities (dual degree programs, joint courses, visiting faculty exchange, etc.).
- Support the development of international joint research projects and publications.
- Coordinate the department’s participation in international networking and academic collaboration events.
Industry-Driven Global Partnerships
- Establish and strengthen international cooperation with software companies, technology hubs, and R&D organizations.
- Facilitate access to global certification programs, online training, and international internship opportunities.
- Encourage participation in international competitions, hackathons, and start-up initiatives.
International Promotion and Visibility Management
- Maintain up-to-date English content on the department’s website, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Develop presentations, brochures, and media content for international stakeholders.
- Support activities aligned with international accreditation and quality standards.
Internal Capacity Building
- Provide guidance to faculty members on international project development, partnership building, and communication processes.
- Organize global career awareness activities for students (seminars, webinars, panels, etc.).
Data Monitoring and Reporting
- Analyze internationalization indicators such as joint publications, the number of bilateral agreements, and industry collaborations.
- Prepare annual activity reports for the departmental board and propose improvement plans.
