Metaverse Event Held Within the Scope of "NFT, DAO and Digital Assets" Course

A metaverse event was held at the end of the semester within the scope of the "NFT, DAO and Digital Assets" course given within the National Technology Academy Sector Campus Program. In the event, students were offered a unique experience on Web 3.0, new generation value transfer and digital future. The event, attended by Fırat University Software Engineering students, pioneered the implementation of a university course on metaverse in Turkey. At the same time, students who completed the course at the end of the semester were brought together in an interactive metaverse world created specifically for the course.

As part of the course assignments and projects, students learned how to use crypto wallets and created their own NFTs. This application, which represents a first in Turkey, provided students with practical information on digital assets and allowed them to get acquainted with crypto technologies. At the same time, students who were successful in the course were given a souvenir NFT as a gift.
